"At the recommendation of another State Farm customer I called for a quote and was connected with MacKenzie. I found her to be knowledgeable, efficient and throughout the process, extremely patient. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had multiple delays in making decisions which created more work than should have been necessary for MacKenzie. I think before we finally met in person she had created at least 3 if not 4 different quotes and rescheduled a few telephone calls. She was always very understanding and professional. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her in person and look forward to working with her on all of our insurance needs. We will be glad to recommend her and this branch to others."

"A Breath of Fresh Air. Honestly when this last price hike hit I was shopping for the best deal. I had chewed through 3 other insurance providers in 6 months, None of them, I felt, would be there when I needed help. "Jacquline was amazing! Over the last 3 years my insurance rates have gone up every 6 months no matter which “discount” insurance company i tried but she was able to save me $400 on a 6 month policy on my auto insurance and $350 on my annual home insurance policy - while increasing my coverages! All while providing an amazing customer experience. Leaving a review was the least i could do to repay her!"
