"I have recently moved from Savannah, GA to Portland, OR (first long-distance move in my life, post-Grad, at age 25!) - and truly can say that Jacquline Fitzgibbon and her team (specifically the lovely Ariel Ortiz who so awesomely assisted me via phone each time needed!) made the process of transferring my Renter's Insurance Policy + Car Insurance Policy such a seamless and hassle-free process. Ariel went above and beyond in her assistance - searching for policy discounts, checking liability limits to ensure I was getting the best deal, and was kind + patient in answering any/all questions that I had. I genuinely cannot recommend a better experience! She even made an address change/correction needed for my lease agreement and had it sent over to me in such a beautifully timely manner. We all know insurance tingZ can be an overwhelming/stressful part of adulthood - So from one soul to another, please do yourself a favor by trusting this team to guide/assist you through it all!"
